zh-hk:希斯路; zh-tw:希斯洛; zh-mo:希斯路;' },{ type = 'item', original = 'دبي', rule = 'zh-cn:迪拜;zh-hk:迪拜;zh-tw:迪拜;zh-mo:迪拜;' }, { type = 'item', original = 'أبو ظبي', rule = 'zh-cn:阿布扎比;zh-tw:阿布扎比;zh-hk:阿布扎比;' },{ type = 'item', original = 'Sydney', rule = 'zh-cn:悉尼;zh-hk:悉尼;zh-tw:雪梨;zh-mo:悉尼;' },{ type = 'item', original = 'İstanbul', rule = 'zh-cn:伊斯坦布尔;zh-sg:伊斯坦布尔;zh-hk:伊斯坦布尔;zh-tw:伊斯坦布尔;' }, { type = 'item', original = 'Atatürk', rule = 'zh-cn:阿塔图尔克;zh-sg:阿塔图尔克;zh-hk:阿塔图克;zh-tw:阿塔图克;' },{ type = 'item', original = 'Kenya', rule = 'zh-cn:肯尼亚;zh-hk:肯雅;zh-tw:肯亚' },}, }温莎（英语：Windsor），当地华人旧译稳梳，是加拿大安大略省西南部一座城市，位于圣克莱尔湖流入底特律河所在，北面隔河与美国密歇根州底特律相望并通过大桥、隧道与之相连，构成底特律-温莎地区的一部分，并是加拿大地理位置最南端的城市。温莎市坐落魁北克市-温莎走廊的西端，离伦敦西南约165千米（103英里），多伦多西南约332千米（206英里）。温莎市和艾塞克斯县属于同一个人口普查区，但温莎市却是一个独立于艾塞克斯县的分割行政区（separated municipality），两者在行政区划上互不隶属。据2016年加拿大人口普查所示，温莎市内人口为217188人，在全国排名第23位；都会区人口则达329144人，在全国排名第16位。在对岸底特律的影响下，温莎市在20世纪成为加拿大的汽车业重镇之一，克莱斯勒汽车公司加国总部即在此。法国于1701年在现美国密歇根州底特律所在设立庞恰特雷恩堡（Fort Pontchartrain，又作底特律堡），而法国退役军人和皮毛交易员亦在底特律河北岸定居和作业。随着法裔殖民聚落陆续从底特律河北岸的河滨往内陆扩展，聚落外围亦逐渐远离庞恰特雷恩堡的保护，因此部分殖民从1747年起改往庞恰特雷恩堡对岸的地域定居，现温莎一带的欧裔聚落遂告形成。由于底特律河南岸的河岸线较其北岸为短，当地居民遂将此带聚落称为“小河岸”（la Petite Côte）。底特律河南岸的土地耗尽后，聚落改沿圣克莱尔湖南岸往东伸展，而该带则称为“圣母升天聚落”（Assumption settlement）。随着法国在七年战争中败于英国，新法兰西于1763年割让予英国，此带地域遂落入英国的控制。美国独立战争过后，英美两国确立底特律河为美国和上加拿大之间的界线。两国于1794年签署《杰伊条约》（Jay Treaty），英国遂于1796年正式将底特律堡转交美国。为了安置大批原居于底特律河北岸但仍效忠英国的殖民，上加拿大于1796年-97年在底特律河南岸设立三明治聚落（Sandwich）。三明治于1817年设为警政村落（police village），并在往后年间发展成艾塞克斯县的行政中心。另一方面，三明治聚落以东的温莎聚落（即现温莎市中心一带）正正位处底特律市中心的对岸，来往两岸之间的人流和物流主要途经此地，因此在19世纪初至中期已逐步赶上三明治的规模。大西部铁路（Great Western Railway）于1854年决定将其西端终点设于温莎后，当地发展更为蓬勃。温莎于同年正式建制为村，并联同三明治于1858年双双改制为镇；温莎再于1892年改设市。1857年，海勒姆·沃克（Hiram Walker）在大西部铁路总站附近设立酒厂，并在此建设一个新聚落来安置酒厂的雇员。此聚落以他名为沃克维尔（Walkerville），并于1890年建制为镇。福特汽车于1904年在此设厂；福特车厂一带的地区于1912年建制为村，取名为福特城（Ford City），1915年改设镇，再于1929年改设市并更名为东温莎（East Windsor）。1920年代密歇根州实行禁酒令期间，从温莎偷运酒类饮品到底特律的走私活动猖獗。另一方面，20世纪初汽车业兴旺令此带城镇迅速增长，而温莎市、东温莎市、三明治镇和沃克维尔镇亦于1935年合并成新的温莎市，当时总人口超越10万。第二次世界大战期间，此地重工业产量大增，吸引大批工人到此谋生，而温莎市及其外围地区的居民数目亦因此大幅上升。温莎市再于1966年吞并其邻近的河边镇（Riverside）和奥及布威镇（Ojibway），以及东三明治、南三明治和西三明治三个乡的部分地区。温莎市透过大使桥、底特律-温莎隧道、密歇根中央铁路隧道（现由加拿大太平洋铁路营运）和一条货车渡轮航线与底特律相连，当中大使桥为美加边境上最繁忙的边检口岸，而底特律-温莎隧道则紧随其后名列第二。以取道该口岸的贸易额计算，大使桥更是北美最繁忙的边检口岸，美加两国之间交易的商品中有超过25%取道此桥。温莎市为加拿大全国最繁忙的公路－安大略401号省道－的西端终点。此高速公路西起温莎市南部的市界，自此往东经伦敦、基奇纳、多伦多和金斯顿等地通往魁北克省边界，并在此驳上魁北克20号高速公路通往蒙特利尔。安大略3号省道同样西起温莎市南界，自此通往艾塞克斯镇和查塔姆-肯特自治区等地。温莎市亦透过艾塞克斯县辖下一系列县道与该县其它社区相连。此外，由温莎市政府管理的E·C·罗高速公路则由西至东贯穿该市。401号省道目前并未驳上任何美加边检口岸，驾驶人士需在温莎市内取道非高速公路资格的道路前往美加边境。为了改善来往底特律河两岸的交通，美加两国政府于2004年宣布兴建一座新桥连接两地。为了配合新桥项目，安大略省政府从2011年起将401号省道伸延至新桥的温莎落脚点，2015年完工。新桥定名戈迪·豪国际大桥，前期工程于2015年展开，预料于2019年-20年开通。维亚铁路营运客运列车服务连接温莎和多伦多，每日有数班列车来往两市；维亚的温莎火车站是加拿大第六繁忙的客运铁路站。市内的公共交通服务由市营的温莎交通局营运，当中一条巴士线经底特律-温莎隧道连接该两市的市中心。安大略高速铁路也计划在未来连接温莎市和多伦多。温莎国际机场位于该市东南部，提供航班来往多伦多皮尔逊国际机场和比利·毕晓普机场，并有季节性航班来往古巴两处航点和卡加利。位于密歇根州罗慕路斯的底特律都会韦恩县机场则为该带地域的主要机场，并是达美航空的枢纽之一，提供航班来往美国国内以至世界各地的航点。属于温带大陆性湿润气候（柯本气候分类法Dfa），一年四季分明。冬季平均摄氏零下5度左右，夏季摄氏28度左右。夏季潮湿炎热，7月平均气温为23.0 °C（73 °F），但连同湿度效应感觉有如30.0 °C（86.0 °F）或以上的日子平均每年夏季出现70次。市内平均每年有32日发生雷暴，通常在夏季的下午发生。冬季大致严寒，1月平均气温为−3.8 °C（25.2 °F）。大湖效应下产生的雪暴通常不影响温莎市，但在密歇根湖畔产生的大湖效应雪暴若达至一定规模的话也有可能影响此地。温莎每年平均53日地面有积雪，而每年冬季平均则受三至五股大型雪暴侵袭。市内降水量在全年分布相对均匀，每年平均日照时数则达2,261小时。温莎在加拿大国内各大城市中，每年平均最多日子受雷电、雾霾和30 °C（86 °F）最高气温的影响。此外，温莎9月至11月的平均气温亦为全国最高，令其拥有国内最和暖的秋季。市内年度平均气温为9.9 °C（50 °F），亦为全国最高的地区之一市内记录低温为−32.8 °C（−27.0 °F），于1973年1月29日录得；记录高温则为40.2 °C（104.4 °F），于1988年6月25日录得。温莎市于2016年有217188名居民，较2011年增长3.0%；温莎都会区于2016年则有329144名居民，较2011年增长3.1%。温莎吸引了来自世界各地的移民，超过20%的居民在国外出生，在加拿大众城市中排名第四。有色人种少数裔占市内居民21.0%，令温莎市成为大多伦多地区以外安大略省种族最多样化的城市。根据2001年统计，温莎居民中男性占48.9%，女性 51.1% 。五岁以下儿童占6.3%（加拿大平均为 5.6%）。退休居民（65岁以上）占14.1%（加拿大平均为 13.0%）。人口年龄中值为36.0（加拿大平均为37.6）。温莎市居民主要使用英语；以法语为母语的市民占全市总人口约3.7%。温莎市内的主要高等院校包括温莎大学和圣克莱尔学院（St. Clair College）。基础教育方面，市内的公立中小学以主要授课语言和宗教背景分为四个类别，并由四间不同机构营运：上述机构同时服务温莎市和艾塞克斯县。市内的英语世俗公立中小学于1998年前由温莎教育局（Windsor Board of Education）营运。底特律的大部分电台和无线电视讯号皆可在温莎市接收，因此温莎市经常被视为底特律电子媒体市场的一部分。外制电视或电台节目的播映权同时覆盖两个城市，播映权的售价亦反映此安排。由于加拿大的主要私营电视台（CTV的主频道、环球电视和Citytv）转播大量美国电视节目，他们若在温莎市设立发射站的话便需以高价购入那些节目的播映权，因此该三间电视台皆不在温莎市以内作无线广播。CTV主频道和环球电视在温莎市以外设有转播站，但两者的讯号皆主要覆盖温莎市以东的地域，在温莎市以内较难接收。温莎市内有两间无线地区电视台，分别为加拿大广播公司英语电视台的直属分台CBET，和隶属CTV第二台（即CTV次要频道）的CHWI。CHWI的主发射站设于惠特利（Wheatley），其温莎转播站以低功率广播，以尽量减低该台讯号在密歇根州的覆盖范围。此外，安省政府辖下的公共电视台安大略电视（TVOntario）亦在市内设有转播站。加拿大广播公司的法语电视台过去曾在温莎市设有直属分台CBEFT；该台后来改为多伦多分台CBLFT的转播站，再于2012年终止广播。市内居民现需透过有线或卫星电视接收CBLFT。温莎市的主要报章为《温莎星报》（Windsor Star）。
