米兰达旗（英文：Flag of Miranda），又称米兰达三色旗，是西班牙帝国拉丁美洲独立战争革命家弗朗西斯科·德·米兰达设计革命的旗帜，原为米兰达军使用，后来也成为委内瑞拉的国旗方案。
